Abstract
Factors of Primorsky kray ecotourism existing now on institutional, intellectual, information-methodical, enterprise levels give real possibilities for development of investment processes in tourism and creations of innovative model. The practical approach of development innovative ecotourism model is creation of a program at regional level and control-gear of Pablic-Private Partnership (PPP).
